Overview
Relationships shape the way we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us. Whether you're navigating grief and loss, identity concerns, HIV/AIDS, men's issues, mental health, or sexuality, therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change. Healing and meaningful change happen through secure relationships.
My role is to offer a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative and genuine. You are the expert on your own life, so think of me less as a teacher and more as a guide as we work towards the goals that matter for you. I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, with particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ people, people living with HIV (PLHIV), and men. My approach is integrative, drawing on Choice Theory and Reality Therapy (CTRT), Existential Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Art Therapy.
